Caspar de Bono leads Edward de Bono Ltd, continuing his fathers work in creative thinking and innovation. His extensive career includes serving as Managing Director at the Financial Times, where he was instrumental in its digital transformation and the growth of its B2B subscription model. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
Outside of his corporate roles, Caspar is an accomplished portrait painter. He studies at the Heatherley School of Fine Art and his work has been selected for the Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries. His art is a significant personal passion and focus.
Interestingly, Caspar is not only the son of Edward de Bono, the originator of Lateral Thinking, but also an award-winning artist in his own right.
