Christopher Scherer

Christopher is an accomplished violinist and music educator who owns and operates multiple music schools, including Opus Music School and the United Conservatory of Music Fresno, serving over 800 students. An award-winning performer with a Master of Music from Carnegie Mellon University, he is a passionate leader in arts education.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Christopher is a strong advocate for the broader arts community. He actively fosters young talent through events like student art exhibits and enjoys discussing the benefits of early arts education. His personal interests include chamber music, musical theatre, and his dog, Benji.

He has participated in numerous prestigious programs, including the National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute.
