Christy Rowland

Christy Rowland is a Managing Director at Deloitte, specializing in M&A, Restructuring, and Organization Transformation within the Human Capital practice. With over 15 years of experience, she leads teams that help clients navigate complex business changes. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and began her career at Accenture.

Outside of her corporate role, Christy is a childrens book author, a passionate advocate for foster care and adoption, and enjoys good books and coffee. She is married with three children and is actively involved in her community in Dallas, Texas, where she serves on the Board of Advocates for Baylor Universitys business school.
