Chuck Taylor
Login to view DISC.Charles Chuck Taylor is the Deputy Director for Naval Reactors, serving as the senior civilian in the organization. A licensed Professional Engineer, he holds a B. S. in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is responsible for the administration of the entire Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program enterprise.
As an NROTC graduate, Charles has a deep personal and professional connection to the U. S. Navy. He is a father to a son and has shown interest in national service programs for youth development, such as Americorps.
He is a recipient of the Distinguished Executive Presidential Rank Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the federal career service.
