Clark Mingxuan Ju

Clark is a Research Scientist at Snap on the User Modeling & Personalization team. His work focuses on generative recommendation and representation learning. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, which he completed in 2024.

Based in Bellevue, Washington, Clark is actively seeking collaborations with universities and research interns to advance the study of recommendation systems and generative information retrieval. He has a history of mentoring and working with collaborators on cutting-edge research.

His research on Universal User Modeling was successfully launched in production at Snapchat, improving key metrics like video open rates and view times.
