Connor Fields is the only American to win an Olympic gold medal in BMX Racing. Following a career-ending injury, he is now a keynote speaker on resilience and performing under pressure, drawing from his athletic career. He serves on the USA Cycling Board of Directors and holds a bachelors degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Originally from Las Vegas, Connor is a passionate supporter of the Las Vegas Raiders. He also hosts the PBS show "Outdoor Nevada," exploring the states natural beauty.

In a life-changing moment at the Tokyo Olympics, a 35 mph crash left him with a traumatic brain injury, ending his competitive career just as he was poised to defend his gold medal.
