Daniel Dalton is an experienced HR leader, consultant, and coach with deep expertise in performance management, recruitment, and leadership development. As the Founder of P3: 14 Consulting and an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University, he focuses on helping organizations and individuals reach their potential. He holds an MS in HR Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Outside of his professional roles, Daniel is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Christian Womens Job Corp of Greater Arlington and is an active member at his church, where he participates in the choir and teaches. An avid baseball fan, he also enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time with his family.
He has served as a past president for the Fort Worth chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
