Danny Marquez is the President and CEO of Victory in the City, a faith-based organization in Indianapolis dedicated to empowering at-risk youth. Drawing on his skills in leadership development and grassroots organizing, he spearheads initiatives that provide mentorship and transformative opportunities for young people and their families on the citys Near Westside.
Originally from the Bronx, Dannys personal journey of overcoming adversity, including a period of incarceration, fuels his passion for community service. He is a dedicated community leader, husband, and father of three who is deeply committed to breaking cycles of poverty and violence through faith and social engagement.
After his own transformative experience, he founded E. N. G. I. N. E (Engaging Next Generations In Neighborhoods Everywhere) to empower youth in Indianapolis.
