Darlene Ladd is the Director of Recruitment and Intake at Challenge Unlimited, with over 19 years of experience in social services. A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, she specializes in helping individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. Colleagues describe her as compassionate, dedicated, and a true advocate for others.

Her professional passion for rehabilitation and advocacy appears to be a central part of her lifes work. She earned her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University of Saint Louis, cementing her long-term commitment to helping others overcome barriers to employment and achieve independence.

She has been with Challenge Unlimited for over a decade, growing from a Case Manager to her current director-level position.
