David Baylor

David Baylor brings a unique background to his role as Vicar at St Stephens Church. Before being ordained in 2021, he worked as a science tutor in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, and as a Project Manager for a medical diagnostics company. He holds a BA from Durham University and has certifications in AI Ethics and Mental Health First Aid.

Davids professional experience includes serving people with additional needs and placements in an NHS hospital chaplaincy. He is a trustee for The Grove Community, a local trust focused on community activities and support. Public records indicate he is married with two young children and joined St Stephens in January 2025.
