Deborah Naish is an award-winning executive coach and author with over 40 years of experience. Her career includes brand management at Clorox and Disney, and serving as the first non-family CEO of The Flavia Group. She holds an MBA from Northwesterns Kellogg School of Management and is described as a "wonderful thought partner. "
Outside of her coaching practice, Deborah is passionate about community engagement and personal growth. She volunteers in the Santa Barbara community, serves as a mentor at UCSBs New Venture Competition, and draws creative inspiration from walking along the ocean, which influenced the name of her publishing press.
Her upcoming book, "Level Up Your Leadership, " is set to be released in the fall of 2025.
