Deepa Srivatsava is the Director of Finance at Flex, bringing a strong background in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Her expertise lies in GBS Finance Controllership, project management, and cross-functional team leadership, supported by a Master of Commerce from Ethiraj College for Women.

Deepa demonstrates a passion for developing future talent. She actively engages with the academic community, sharing her industry knowledge with students to help shape the next generation of leaders in finance and technology.

She recently had the privilege of addressing postgraduate students and esteemed doctorates on the topic of career pathways in FinTech.
