Dr. Dominique Lee is a consultant radiation oncologist and senior lecturer at the University of Queensland, with a medical degree from the University of Otago. She is a recognized leader in Stereotactic Ablative Radiation Therapy (SABR), holds a fellowship from Westmead Hospital, and is the trial chair for a major international clinical study focused on liver cancer.
Dr. Lee is a passionate advocate for systemic change within the medical profession, focusing on clinician wellbeing and creating supportive work cultures. She founded a platform to support medical trainees through challenging times and nurtures her own work-life balance through art. Dr. Lee is also fluent in Korean.
She has a forthcoming memoir detailing her personal experiences and call for reform to better protect junior doctors.
