Donna Dyer

Donna Dyer is the CEO of East Central Oklahoma Family Health Center, a federally qualified health center providing affordable care. A graduate of East Central University, her career is dedicated to improving healthcare access for low-income families in rural Oklahoma, stemming from 23 years of experience with the Head Start program.

Deeply committed to her hometown of Wetumka, Donna serves as the President of the Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the City Council. She is also the Secretary for the Oklahoma Primary Care Association, reflecting her broader commitment to community health advocacy across the state.

Following in her late husbands footsteps, she won a seat on the Wetumka City Council with over 71 percent of the vote.
