Doug Bartlett

Doug Bartlett is a long-serving Managing Director and Vice-Chair at CIBC Capital Markets, specializing in government finance and debt capital markets. An alumnus of the Ivey Business School at Western University, he holds both HBA and MBA degrees and is certified in AI Strategy for Executives.

Outside of his finance career, Doug is actively involved in philanthropy, with a focus on childrens welfare. He serves on the Board of Directors for Right To Play Canada, an organization that empowers children through play, and has supported other youth-focused charitable events.

He applies his financial acumen to his community work, having served as a judge for the Capitalize for Kids Investment Challenge.
