Dr. Aditi Mathur is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Agri Business Management, SKRAU, with over 24 years of experience. Holding a PhD in HRM and an MA in Psychology, her expertise lies in teaching, training, and research. She was honored with a District Level Teacher Honour Award in 2022.
