Dr. Carly Speranza is a global leadership consultant, speaker, coach, and the principal owner of Speranza Leadership Solutions. A retired U. S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of service, she holds a Doctor of Education from Creighton University and serves as adjunct faculty for doctoral programs at Creighton and Indiana Tech.
She is a military veteran and part of a military family; her husband is also a veteran. She has spoken about the challenges of raising her daughter while maintaining a long-distance marriage and completing four combat deployments before her daughter turned six.
