Dr. Diana Glasser, MD, MBA

Dr. Diana Glasser is the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs at CommonSpirit Health. An OB/GYN by training with an Executive MBA from UCLA, she focuses on enhancing physician performance, regulatory compliance, and integrated care delivery. She previously drove quality improvements and expansions at HCA Healthcare.

Dr. Glasser is actively involved in her community, participating in local chamber of commerce events and supporting healthcare philanthropy through foundations connected to her hospital. She has spoken on topics like physician work-life balance and advocates for creating sustainable careers in medicine, especially for women with families.

As a child, she experienced the Northridge earthquake, and years later, she returned to work as a healthcare executive at a hospital in that same community.
