Emil von Benzon is a Head Chef at Hotel Randers, where he co-leads the gastronomic management. His career includes experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant Substans in Aarhus, a restaurant in Val Morel, France, as well as roles at Kæhler in Copenhagen and MIB in Aarhus.
Based on his interests, Emil appears to have a curiosity for concepts outside of the culinary world, showing an interest in SPACE10, a research and design lab focused on creating better ways of living.
