She specializes in creating immersive brand homes and tasting rooms, recently spearheading the expansion of Chicken Cock Whiskey with a new location in Louisville.

As a member of the Bourbon Women Association, Emily is deeply engaged in the professional bourbon community. She is a personable, goal-driven individual with a clear passion for the heritage and culture of the spirits industry, closely following major companies like Diageo and GALLO.

Emily was instrumental in making Chicken Cock one of the few craft whiskey brands to establish two distinct tasting room experiences in Kentucky.
