Emlyn Taylor FRAeS, MBCS

Emlyn is the Chief of Operations at Lockheed Martin UK, leveraging over 35 years of experience that began as a software engineering apprentice. He holds a Higher National Diploma from Bournemouth University and is described by colleagues as enthusiastic, technically brilliant, and an excellent listener who acts to solve customer challenges.

He has a passion for British engineering, fondly recalling admiring Lotus sports cars as a teenager. He is active in his community, participating in local conservation efforts by volunteering with teams to clean up Langstone and Chichester Harbour, demonstrating a commitment to giving back to the community where he lives.

Interesting fact: His career in defence systems began at 16, and as a youth he used to cycle past his first employer, Plessey Defence Systems, on his Raleigh Burner.
