He now serves on the boards of REI, General Mills, and Bombardier, among others. He earned his bachelors degree in Administration and Accounting from the University of Montana.
Outside of his corporate roles, Eric is a dedicated philanthropist, having chaired fundraising for the Boys and Girls Club and Medical Teams International. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys wake surfing and e-foiling on Flathead Lake, Montana, and actively supports refugee causes as a board member for USA for UNHCR.
Interesting fact: Eric is a proud and engaged alumnus of the University of Montana, and was invited to deliver the commencement address and receive an honorary doctorate in 2025.
