Guy Carmeli is the Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef and founder of Pasta di Guy. After pivoting from a career in computer science, he pursued his culinary passion, starting with a food truck in 2019 and expanding to multiple award-winning locations. He is now focused on national growth through franchising.
Guys love for cooking began in childhood, inspired by his grandmother and a habit of sneaking into restaurant kitchens. This lifelong passion is the foundation of his business, which focuses on authentic, from-scratch pasta. He recently opened a location in his wifes hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Before becoming a chef who worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, Guy Carmeli studied computer engineering and worked in an office.
