Naval Academy, he served for 22 years in the U. S. Navy before his industrial career. His expertise was in seeking acquisitions in communications and systems engineering to expand the companys technical foundation.
Known by the nickname "Moose, " he founded EPS alongside his wife and daughter, building a lasting family legacy. He was known for his strong work ethic, with a personal motto of "Work, Work, Work. " His love for his country was said to be surpassed only by his love for his family, and he was remembered as a gentleman respected in his community.
He co-founded and built EPS Corporation into a multi-million dollar company alongside his daughter, Antoinette, who now leads the company.
