Frank Aira

Frank Aira is the Assistant Director and Chief Operations and Maintenance Officer for Miami-Dade Countys Department of Transportation and Public Works. A State of Florida Professional Engineer with an MBA from Florida International University, he has a long career in public service, overseeing major capital improvement and infrastructure projects.
