Frank is an entrepreneurial business economist and the Head of Value & Impact at Noorderlink. A graduate of the University of Groningen and Hanze, he specializes in developing value-driven organizational models that prioritize collective impact over traditional growth, making complex concepts simple and actionable.
Outside of his formal role, Frank is passionate about sports, culture, and collaborative creation. He has a history of directing large-scale running events and developing health intervention programs that use sports as a medium for promoting a healthier lifestyle and building community.
He developed and registered the first combined lifestyle intervention (GLI) in the Netherlands that uses running as its central tool.
