Frank Paone

Frank Paone serves as Partner and Head of National Sales for U. S. Wealth Management at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC. A partner since 2013, he has held numerous leadership roles since 1998, including managing the firms international business from London. He holds a bachelors degree in economics and marketing from Boston College.

He is involved in his community, having initiated a corporate sponsorship for the "Army of Hope, " a charity supporting veterans. He shows a strong commitment to social progress by completing courses on confronting bias, diversity, and inclusion to foster an equitable workplace and support employees from diverse backgrounds.

Frank actively participates in sustainability initiatives, highlighting his firms commitment to the NinetyToZero program.
