Gary Wilkins is the Head of Software Engineering at RPS, where he has built his entire career, progressing from an Information Systems Analyst to his current leadership role. He holds a BSc from the University of Warwick and has over 26 years of experience in software design, particularly within the water industry. He is certified in leadership, management, and agile methodologies.

He has a keen focus on addressing the evolving challenges of the water industry through the fusion of technology and expert knowledge. His work involves direct client engagement to spearhead the development and integration of specialized software solutions.
