His entrepreneurial journey began as a home-brewing hobby, driven by a passion for creating healthy, flavorful alternatives to sugary drinks. As a child, he foraged for wild strawberries and elderflower in his native County Monaghan and even sold radishes from his fathers garden, showing an early interest in business.
He started his company by developing and bottling his first batches in a shared innovation hub for small businesses in Dublin.
