Greg Walton is an IT Support Engineer at MIT with over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in technical support for Mac and Windows environments. He holds Apple and Jamf certifications. He is also a passionate motivational speaker and the Vice Chair of the National Board for Year Up United.
