Harleen Kaur

Harleen Kaur is the Chief of HR, IR, Facilities Management, and Health & Safety at Tata Power-DDL, where she has built a long-term career. Her background combines a B.E. in Electronics & Electrical Communication with an MBA in HR, giving her a unique blend of technical and human capital expertise.

She is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and the advancement of women in the energy sector. Harleen actively participates in global forums and holds certifications in D&I to further these causes, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience and well-being.

Harleen participated in a USAID-funded workshop in Colombia on ‘Advanced Women Leadership in Energy’.
