Harold Kasperink is the CEO of NCIM-Groep, a technology leader specializing in mission-critical IT for the defence and security sectors. With an MBA from the University of Liverpool, he leads teams in delivering high-assurance solutions for government and EU/NATO projects. Described as sharp-minded, he has a strong background in large-scale, secure software delivery.
Outside of his executive duties, Harold maintains a deep, hands-on passion for technology. He has been programming in Python for nearly 30 years and continues to actively work as a developer and security researcher. He is also interested in the evolution and ethical implications of artificial general intelligence (AGI).
As CEO, he still actively works as a software developer, having written his first Python program back in 1996.
