Harsita Ghatge

Harsita is a beverage specialist with a career spanning from cabin crew at Vistara to her current role as Senior Beverage Trainer at SMOOR Chocolates. A graduate of Jain University, she is driven by a genuine desire to learn and master her craft, valuing substance over the spotlight.

Outside of her formal roles, Harsitas journey in hospitality began with a part-time job at Third Wave Coffee. This experience sparked a deep passion for the creative process of developing flavors and connecting with guests, which she considers her true calling.

She recently won the Monin Coffee Creativity Cup 2025, where she was crowned the National Champion for India.
