With a Masters degree in Jazz Studies from Northern Illinois University, he is dedicated to providing arts education to youth in St. Louis, revitalizing school music programs and mentoring future leaders.
Outside of his professional life, Harvey is a husband, father, and real estate investor. He performs regularly with his jazz quartet and the Jazz St. Louis Big Band. His personal mission is to be an agent of "love, healing, and understanding, " using his passions to uplift his community.
Inspired by his own transformative experience at a cultural arts center in Miami, he founded HEAL to offer the same opportunities to youth in St. Louis.
