Heather Campbell

Heather Campbell is the CEO and co-founder of Ready Set Recover, a healthcare company focused on the human side of surgery. A strategic expert and author, she previously held senior leadership roles at major media companies, including VP of Synergy and Brand Integration at ESPN and VP of Alchemy at Audacy.

Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Heather is a dedicated community builder and award-winning volunteer for organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters. She helped found a new public middle school in NYC and now lives in the Berkshires with her husband, two children, and their dog.

Unique fact: Heather earned her MBA from New York Universitys Stern School of Business after winning a full merit scholarship.
