Carey School of Business, she was instrumental in scaling her prior organization from $180M to $450M, leading to a successful acquisition.
Outside of work, Heather is a member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders. She is a proud Arizona State University alumna and fondly recalls her time in college watching fellow student Pat Tillman lead the Sun Devils football team, admiring his authenticity and character.
She once met Pat Tillman, the late NFL player and Army Ranger, a couple of times while they were both attending ASU.
