Huong Nguyen-Hilfiger is the Chief Data Officer for the Division of Public Health at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. A systems change maker, she leads the states public health data modernization efforts. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from Columbia University and describes herself as imaginative and determined.
Outside of work, Huong has a deep appreciation for the arts, including poetry and music. She grew up playing classical piano and violin, danced competitively, and adores theatre such as Broadway musicals, opera, and ballet. She has also served her community as a Dane County Supervisor.
She was recognized as one of the de Beaumont Foundations "40 Under 40 in Public Health" for her impactful leadership.
