A former management consultant and graduate of UCL, he leverages his experience as a stay-at-home dad to provide workshops and keynotes. Outside of work, Ian is a passionate advocate for girls in sports, having coached and managed his daughters hockey teams for over five years. He also umpires high-level field hockey, co-hosts the "Lockdown Dads" podcast, and previously took a significant career break to be a primary caregiver for his children.
After two stints as a stay-at-home dad, he retrained as a coach to help other men navigate the challenge of being a great father without sacrificing a great career.
