Ilona Kajak

Ilona is a Financial Controller at Bolt, where she was promoted from a junior role. Her career began at Ernst & Young, where she advanced to Senior Consultant. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from TalTech and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Tartu.

Outside of her core financial duties, Ilona maintains a strong interest in global business and economic trends, following publications like The Economist and Business Insider. She is also interested in major technology and consulting firms such as Nortal and EY.

She transitioned from a "Big Four" professional services firm directly into a key financial role at a high-growth technology unicorn.
