Jaine De La Garza

Jaine De La Garza is the Senior Vice President of Operations at IBC Bank, a significant role within the institutions leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M International University and is an active presence in Laredos civic and business communities, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to the region.

Outside of her banking career, Jaine is deeply committed to her local community. She actively participates in community service, such as reading to elementary school students, and holds a leadership position in a major local cultural association, reflecting a passion for civic engagement and youth education.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Washingtons Birthday Celebration Association (WBCA).
