His roles evolved from business development and product marketing to designing AI-powered tools for customer success, showcasing a strong aptitude for technology and process improvement.
Fueled by his personal story of overcoming a brain tumour, Jakob has spent over a decade as a passionate public speaker and ambassador for organizations like the Canadian Cancer Society and Campfire Circle. At university, he was captain of the Carleton Ravens Ultimate team and led case competition teams with Sprott ACE.
He was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for his extensive volunteer work with Youth Relay For Life.
