James Burts

James Burts is the CEO of Keystone Systems, where he has worked since he was a student. While studying Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech, he started as an intern writing documentation and rose through the company to lead the software development team before taking his current executive role.

Outside of his professional life, James is a passionate maker with hands-on hobbies like glassblowing and metalwork. He shares this passion with his son, collaborating on building custom electric vehicles which involves welding, metal fabrication, and electronics. He is also involved in his sons EV club.

Many of his personal hobbies, such as glassblowing and metalworking, strangely involve fire and excessive heat.
