James Scaife

James Scaife is the Chief Operating Officer of Cotton Holdings, a leader in disaster recovery with over 20 years of experience. He is known for spearheading large-scale reconstruction projects following major catastrophes like Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Harvey. He holds a Bachelors degree from Sam Houston State University.
