Janet Rhodes

Janet Rhodes is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Sacramento Rebar, Inc. , a family business she established with her husband Stan in 1985. She was instrumental in the companys growth from a home-based operation, handling everything from bookkeeping to deliveries.

Janets personal life is deeply connected to her family and faith. She and her husband founded their business on Christian ethics while raising their children, and this family-centric approach remains a core tenet of the companys culture and her leadership style.

In the companys early days, Janet personally made rebar deliveries using their single truck while simultaneously managing the business and raising three toddlers.
