Jason Martin is the Director of Strategic Development at POET, specializing in biofuels. A Professional Engineer with a degree from Montana State University-Bozeman, he has a background in managing the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities, from design and construction to commissioning and operations.
Inspired by the motto “Let’s get back to nature, ” Jason’s professional focus on deriving energy from agricultural waste suggests a personal alignment with nature and sustainable practices. His career is centered on creating value from the land in an environmentally conscious way.
He managed Project LIBERTY, the first commercial-scale plant in North America to produce advanced liquid biofuel from corn plant waste.
