Jay Turkbas is the SVP of Product Innovation at Shock Doctor, where he has been instrumental in the companys growth from a small operation into a leading sporting goods protective business. His leadership focuses on creating innovative, performance-driven equipment trusted by athletes globally. He has a background in the advertising world and extensive experience in product development for the sporting goods industry.

Outside of his corporate role, Jay is a passionate entrepreneur who revived the vintage Sheffield Watch brand, driven by nostalgia for a watch he received as a child. He is also a car enthusiast, with a particular interest in Porsches, and has been a member of the Nord Stern Region Porsche Club of America.

Jay is the founder of the modern Sheffield Watch brand, a venture born from a lifelong obsession with a watch he was given at age ten.
