Jeff Scherer

Jeff Scherer is a Managing Director and Head of the Operating Team at Cove Hill Partners, leveraging 28 years of experience. His career includes a 16-year partnership at Bain Capital and consulting at McKinsey & Company. He earned his MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Davidson College.

Outside of his private equity career, Jeff is an entrepreneur, having founded a consumer technology company, The Boston Calendar. He has also completed coursework at MIT focused on artificial intelligence, aiming to understand how it can be embedded into a practical playbook for driving business transformation and long-term value.

After co-leading Bain Capitals portfolio operating group, he founded his own consumer tech company.
