Jeffrey Ruple is a Judge for the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, appointed in 2023. With a law degree from the University of Dayton, he spent 26 years as a civil litigator, founding partner of Cardenas, Ruple & Kurt, LLC, representing a wide range of businesses and individuals.
He is deeply involved in his community, serving as a board member for the animal welfare organization Marilyns Voice and formerly for The Fine Arts Association and Red Oak Camp. He also served as President of the Kirtland City Council before his judicial appointment.
While an undergraduate at Denison University, he owned and operated his own seasonal asphalt sealcoating business.
