Jen Croneberger is a leadership consultant, four-time TEDx speaker, and founder of the Human Leadership Institute. With a Masters degree in Sports and Performance Psychology and certifications from Harvard, Cornell, and Yale, she specializes in compassionate leadership and creating cultures of belonging. People often call her an amazing thought leader, inspirational, phenomenal, and a brilliant collaborator.
Outside of her corporate work, Jen is deeply invested in empowering others, especially women and athletes. She co-founded "Lifting Your Voice" to support womens personal and professional growth and "Ethos Mentality" to help female pro-athletes transition into retirement. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her wife and their three labs.
