Jenny Rice

Jenny Rice is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Attain Partners, where she leads strategy and operations for a high-performing recruiting team. With a B. A. from Bethany College and a certification as a Diversity Recruiter, she specializes in executive search and building scalable recruiting functions for mission-driven organizations. Outside of her primary role, Jenny is committed to career mentorship and has led accountability groups for job seekers at the Career Network Ministry.
